Preparing for the inevitable evolution of top management, as it passes from one generation of leaders to the next, is vitally important to an organizations vitality and viability.

Top Management Assessment and Development Program

A thorough examination; using psychological inventories, an in depth interview, mental skill and ability testing, simulation exercises, which include both an "in-basket" and role-play exercise is completed to create a robust assessment of an individuals potential and needs in a managerial position. The 1.5-day program includes 3 hours of feedback and development planning.  This is recommended for the top management team.

Optional: Benchmarks 360º feedback; designed to gain a clear understanding of how superiors, peers and direct reports compare to how the individual perceives their leadership skills and perspectives.

Executive Assessment for Selection

A thorough examination using psychological inventories, an in-depth interview, mental skill and ability testing and simulation exercises which include an “in basket” exercise and a role-play. Recommended for high-level executives.

Middle Management Assessment and Development Program

This program includes psychological inventories, an in-depth interview, mental skill and ability testing, and "in basket" and role-playing exercises. Designed to assess a person's abilities for middle management. A 1.5-day program includes 3 hours of feedback and developmental planning.

Middle Management Assessment for Selection

This program includes psychological inventories, in-depth interview, mental skill and ability testing, an “in basket” and role-play exercises. This program is designed to assess for specific skills necessary in a middle management position.

Supervisory Assessment and Development Program

This program includes psychological inventories, in-depth interviews, mental skill and ability testing, and "in basket" and role-play exercises. The process is designed to assess the skills necessary for a supervisory position. A 1.5-day program includes 3 hours of feedback and developmental planning.
